A new study published in Neurology confirms what many of us already thought. Exercise is good for your brain as well  .

1,000 people over the age of 75 were studied. Those who had jobs that required critical thinking skills, such as analyzing data or resolving interpersonal conflicts, had half the rate of mental decline of their counterparts in less challenging occupations.
